女大学生就业的认知偏差及自我心理调适

摘    要:就业是女大学生人生道路的重要抉择,但在此过程中,她们对就业形势、自身性别优劣势、幸福观、职业理想等缺乏正确认识,并且因其了解以及归因方式的错误而产生了认知偏差。为此,女大学生更应调适好自己的心理状态,增强自己的心理承受力,使自己在就业竞争中保持良好的竞技状态,自如地应对所遇到的各种就业问题。

Abstract:Employment is an important issue for female university students.However,they tend to lack correct understanding over the current employment situation,their own gender advantages,and disadvantages,outlook of life and career,which may lead to cognitive biases in the process of job hunting.Taken all,female college students should adapt their psychological status,enhance their endurance,so as to maintain a good athletic condition in job hunting and skillfully respond to various employment issues encountered.
