不同产地佛手水溶性多糖的分离纯化及初步分析

摘    要:醇提后的佛手经热水提取并除去蛋白质,乙醇沉淀得到粗多糖.用DEAE葡聚糖A-50离子交换色谱分离得到不同的多糖:金佛手和建佛手各分离得到3种多糖,川佛手分离得到4种多糖.将佛手多糖经酸水解后用硅胶G薄层色谱分析,金佛手多糖和建佛手多糖各检测到3种单糖成分:甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖,川佛手多糖检测到5种单糖成分:鼠李糖、木糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖.红外光谱分析表明,3种产地佛手多糖的吸收光谱均具有典型的吡喃糖特征吸收峰;同时,金佛手多糖还具有较强的呋喃环特征吸收峰.

Abstract:Polysaccharides in bergamots from different areas were extracted and precipitated by ethanol, and separated on DEAE sephadex A-50 ion exchange column. There were three purified polysaccharides in both Jin Bergamot and Jian Bergamot, and four purified polysaccharides in Chuan Bergamot. The components of monosaccharide in Jin Bergamot and Jian Bergamot were mannose, glucose and galactose, and the components of monosaccharide in Jin Bergamot were rhamnose, xylose, mannose, glucose and galactose. The results of infrared spectroscopy assay indicated that the monosaccharides in the polysaccharides of Jin Bergamot, Chuan Bergamot and Jian Bergamot contain pyranoside, and the polysaccharides of Jin Bergamot also contained furanoside.
