| 摘 要： | 城建档案管理工作是城市建设和发展的基础性工作。要适应城市建设和发展的需要，必须加快现代化管理步伐，以高新技术取代传统的手工操作，实现由单纯管理型向信息开发利用型，由公益型向效益型的转变。

| Abstract: | Archives administration of urban construction is the basic work of urban construction and development. To meet the needs of the urban construction and development, we must speed up managing modernization of archives. We can use advanced technology instead of traditional manual operation and change the single management to exploiting and utilizing archival information resources , and for public use to benefit. |
