| 摘 要： | 电能计量管理是供电企业保证计量工作安全运行准确计量的首要任务，是电力营销工作的重要环节，也是防止窃电行为的有效手段。本文从目前的电能计量管理工作实际出发，结合目前电力企业的电能计量管理办法，针对其中的薄弱环节提出个人的见解和建议。
