工业纯钛和00Cr25Ni22Mo2不锈钢在酸性介质中的电化学行为

摘    要:以1mol/LH2 SO4为主要介质,改变温度、氯离子和氟离子的浓度为条件,采用腐蚀测试装置测试了工业纯钛和 00Cr2 5Ni2 2Mo2不锈钢阳极极化曲线和交流阻抗图谱 (EIS) ,对两种材料在不同条件下的酸性介质中钝化性能进行了比较、评价。实验结果表明,随温度升高、氯离子和氟离子浓度的增加 ,两种材料的自腐蚀电位下降,并由自钝化转为活化 钝化 ,致钝、维钝电流密度增大,钝化变难。00Cr2 5Ni2 2Mo2不锈钢易过钝化,工业纯钛钝化区却很宽。交流阻抗图谱 (EIS)表明 ,两种材料的EIS均呈现为单一容抗半圆弧,随温度升高、氯离子和氟离子浓度的增加 ,两种材料的阻抗图半圆半径减小,腐蚀加重。

Electrochemical behavior of commercially pure titanium and 00Cr25Ni22Mo2 stainless steel in acidic medium

Abstract:The passivation properties of commercially pure titanium and 00Cr25Ni22Mo2 stainless steel were compared and evaluated by using the polarization curve and EIS test in 1 mol/L H 2SO 4 solution with different concentrations of Cl - and F - and at different temperature. The experimental results showed that with raising the temperature and increasing the concentration of Cl - and F -, the corrosion potential of the two materials decreased, the self passivative state changed to active passivative state, the passivation current density increased and they became more difficult to passivate. 00Cr25Ni22Mo2 stainless steel was more easily to transpassive while commercially pure titanium had a wide passive region. EIS test showed that: single capacitance semicircles of the two materials. With raising the temperature and increasing the concentration of Cl - and F -, the radius of the semicircles on EIS of the two materials decreased and the corrosion rate enhanced.
