凉爽羊毛/苎麻复合纱的前处理工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了羊毛与苎麻两种粗纱的前处理工艺。实验证明,高锰酸钾一蛋白酶改性处理后的羊毛纤维能够去除羊毛的鳞片以消除其对人体的刺痒感,并且保持羊毛的强伸性能不发生明显改变。而碱一纤维素酶改性处理后的苎麻纤维不仅对伸长率、结晶度、取向度与刚度等各方面性能都有较大改善,而且对其后道成纱工艺及服用性能也有一定作用,为夏季用羊毛,苎麻复合纱的开发奠定基础。

Abstract:This paper briefly introduced the pretreatment technique of wool and ramie roving before spinning. After repetitious testing, it proves that, modified wool fiber by potassium treatment can eliminate scratehiness by destroying wool scales without changing the mechanics property. The extension percentage, crystallinity and orientation of ramie fiber are greatly improved after the treatment of alkali-cellulose enzyme treatment, in this way it helps to the spinning professing and serviceability, and it can also be the basis of developing the cool wool/ramie complex yams for the summer clothing.
