水稻对硒的生物富集作用动态研究

摘    要:试验表明,土壤含硒量越高,水稻集累硒的量越大,集累作用在水稻全生育期逐渐增强,成熟期达到高峰,有60%的硒是在水稻生育后期40%的生长时间内累积的;植株的各个器官均有硒累积,且随器官的发育成熟而增加。

Abstract:Test showed that the more Selenium was contained in soil, the more selenium accumulated in rice. The speed of the accumution was increased gradully in growth period of rice. Heigh peak of the accumulation was in maturation period 60% of the total se sontent was enriched in later 40% period of the growth. Selenium was accumulated in various parts of the plant. And their se contents were as follows: root>flag leaf>stem>leaf blade>leaf sheath>ear. Accumulating of se was not in step with that of dry matter in rice. Haigh peak of dry matter accumulated was in the middle period of rice growing.
