玉米幼苗对NaCl胁迫的生理响应

摘    要:以玉米为材料,研究其幼苗对不同浓度NaCl胁迫所产生的生理生化变化,结果显示:随NaCl浓度的增加,玉米幼苗叶片中还原糖含量增加,玉米幼苗叶片及根中脯氨酸含量增加,同时玉米幼苗叶片中蛋白质含量降低。

Abstract:Maize seedling were treated with different concentrations of NaCI ,the physiological responses were. measured.The results show that under the NaCl stress ,the contents of reducing sugar increased in leaves,the contents of proline were increased both in leaves and roots,while the contents of protein were decreased.
