| 摘 要： | 应用EM算法,研究了M/Hk/1排队系统各参数的估计方法.给出了性能指标的极大似然估计.模拟结果表明:利用EM算法估计排队系统的性能指标是一种非常有效的方法,估值精度满足要求.

| Abstract: | Methods for estimating parameters of an M/Hk/1 queueing system are investigated. By use of the EM algorithm,the maximum likelihood estimate for the performance measures is developed.Simulation results indicate that the EM method is very effective for estimating performance measures of an M/Hk/1 queueing system. |
