摘    要:摘要:针对带压作业特点设计了一种不压井设备承载结构。该结构设计两层平台,将液压缸、防喷器等布置在两层平台间,节省空间并增强设备的整体性,方便现场的安装和运输;在一层平台设有支撑腿,有效地将设备重量转移到地面,避免对井口的冲击。本文根据所设计的承载结构建立三维力学模型,利用有限元法对其进行力学计算,采用应力分类法并引入《JB4732-95压力容器分析设计标准》对承载结构进行强度分析

Abstract:A new snubbing unit load-bearing structure has been designed according to the operating characteristics under pressure.There are two platforms in this structure,the hydraulic cylinder,BOP and other components are arranged between the two platforms which not only saves space but also enhances the integrity of the device,the installation and transport are greatly convenient.On the first platform,has supporting legs which can effectively transfer the weight of the equipment to the ground,to avoid the shock to the wellhead.The three-dimensional mechanical model is established based on the design of the load-bearing structure.The finite element method is used to the model for mechanical analysis,and the results ia also linearized.The "JB 4732—95 analysis of pressure vessel design standards"is introduced to the load-bearing structure for safety assessment.
