| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨子痫前期患者胎盘组织中miRNA-18b的表达特点及其意义。方法 采用实时定量PCR检测子痫前期患者与正常孕妇胎盘组织中mi-18b的表达量。结果 子痫前期患者中miRNA-18b的表达量与正常孕妇相比，表达量下降。结论 子痫前期患者的mi-18b表达量下降，可能参与了妊娠期高血压疾病的发生。

| Abstract: | To detect expression of microRNA-18b in human placentas of patients with preeclampsia,in order to investigate the role of small RNA(miRNA) in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia,placentas were obtained from patients with preeclampsia and normal parturients.Looped miRNA specific RT primers were used to reversely transcribe the m iRNA.miRNA were then amplified by SYBR Green real-time RCR using miRNA specific PCR primers.It is resultsed that expression of miRNA-18b in the human placentas of patients with preeclampsia was decreased. It is conclused That present study suggests that the specific miRNA are distinctive expression in the human placentas of patients with preeclampsia.Specific miRNA may involves in preeclampsia occurrence. |
