摘    要:设计研究了作为中温SOFC连接材料的4种成分的铁素体不锈钢,试验测定了它们以及00Cr17表面等离子喷涂La0.8Sr0.2MnO3涂层后在不同条件氧化时的抗氧化性能,采用SEM对试样表面生成氧化膜的形貌进行了观察比较,通过研究发现同时添加铝和稀土提高抗氧化性,适合做连接板材料,喷涂也不失为作连接板的一种备选方案,但是喷涂工艺还有待改进。

Abstract:Four compositions ferrite alloys based on 00Cr17 were designed and investigated as interconnects for reduced temperature solid oxide fuel cells. Their oxidation kinetics was examined under different conditions for those alloys and the one with La(0.8)Sr(0.2)MnO3 coat by Plasma Spray. The morphology of oxide membrane on each sample surface was observed by SEM. The research indicated that the alloy with both aluminum and rare earth addition had superior performance to the others and most suited for interconnect. The alloy with La(0.8)Sr(0.2)MnO3 coat was also a choice for interconnects but the process of coating needed to be improved.
