| 摘 要： | 山西师范大学经济管理学院针对经济管理类专业传统教学方式的弊端,通过建立ERP综合实验平台,进行了以ERP实验教学为突破口,以模拟体验式教学为主要内容的经济管理人才培养方式改革。认识到ERP综合实验室在培养复合型、应用型管理人才中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | According to defects of the traditional teaching model in economics and management object,school of economic and management of Shanxi Normal University constructs a ERP comprehensive experimental platform,on which the reform on the economic and management talents cultivation is carried out with the ERP experimental teaching as a pivot and the imitative and experienced teaching as the main teaching content.Through this reform we have realized the important function of the ERP comprehensive laboratory in fostering multiple and applied talents in management. |
