| Abstract: | Our country is facing to the economical situation that the east is strong and the west is infirm along with the economical development of the whole country. There are bigger fall in the potential energy of the technology and economy between east and west regions. West regions in China must try hard to catch up. Contrast the theories of the advantage and disadvantage of late - developing, the thesis wants to analyze and expatiate the economical development stratagem of west regions in China in new century. |
