我国中小学班级管理伦理缺失的问题分析与对策

摘    要:班级管理是学校教育管理中最微观的层次,其对学生的发展具有重要的影响。但现实的班级管理却存在诸多管理伦理的缺失。基于教育伦理的视角对我国中小学班级管理目标的错位、管理主体结构的曲解和管理方式的困境进行审视和诊断,并提出相应的管理对策,以期为学校与教师提供有益的参考。
