摘    要:针对石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫装置的工艺特点、结构参数及喷淋塔内气液流动状况,分析了脱硫喷淋塔内颗粒惯性碰撞、截留和布朗扩散等捕集机理和影响因素。在此基础上建立了喷淋塔的辅助除尘效率模型;并介绍了该数学模型在内蒙某燃用准格尔煤电厂烟尘达标排放技术方案论证项目中的应用情况。

Abstract:According to the typical process and the design parameters of a limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system and the gas flow condition in sprayer, the dust removal mechanism and the main influencing factors, including inertial impact, trapping and Brownian diffusion in the sprayer, are analyzed. A mathematical dust-removing model for counter-current spray tower is established, and it is applied in the project to verify the technologies against the emission standard in power plants burned with Zhungeer coal.
