摘    要:以白花紫露草为材料,采用根尖微核技术对武汉市南湖水域具有代表性的20个水样进行了动态监测和评价.材料根尖的处理设为3个组别:实验组根尖采用南湖水样培养,阳性对照组采取不同浓度的HgCl2溶液处理,阴性对照组采用自来水培养.结果表明:与阳性对照组实验结果相似,实验组各水样处理的根尖微核率与阴性对照组相比均有明显升高,并呈现一定的周期性变化规律:夏、秋季南湖水样微核率较冬、春季高;靠近居民生活区及高校的水样微核率比人口较少地段水样的微核率高.

Abstract:The water quality situation of the South Lake in Wuhan was monitored using root tip of Tradescantia fluminensis with micronucleus technique.Twenty representative water samples were collected and determined.Root tips were set with three groups.The experimental root tip group were cultured in the water from the South Lake,the positive control group were dispersed in HgCl2 solution with different concentration,the negative control were cultured in tap water.The results showed that similar with the positive group,the ratio of micronucleus of experimental group rised obviously in contrast to the negative control group.Moreover,the ratio of micronucleus of South Lake varied with the season and location.The data collected in summer and autumn were distinctly higher than thoes of spring and winter.Likewise,the total data collected in university and residential area was obviously higher than those of the water collected in other less populated locations.
