Abstract:The performance appraisal of human resources in public sector is the most important task in assessing the public sector. However, there are many problems existing in the performance appraisal system of human resources in public sector.Therefore, this paper starts from the performance appraisal problems of human resources in public sector , thinkinging against the evaluation system systematically, and giving the corresponding proposals and measures.
