摘    要:通过分析短路过渡燃弧期液态熔滴上所受表面张力、电磁力、重力的轴向分力变化,从理论上研究短路过渡过程中燃弧期液态熔滴所受力的动态平衡问题,并进一步讨论其对短路过渡稳定性的影响.结果表明:在熔滴增大过程中,熔滴所受轴向合力的支撑作用由大变小,而脱离作用不断增加;随着弧根的上移支撑作用减小,脱离作用加剧;随着燃弧期焊接电流减小,液态熔滴所受电磁力的轴向支撑作用削弱.

Abstract:Problems about dynamic force equilibrium on droplet during arc period of short-circuiting transfer were theoretically approached based on the study of dynamic behavior of surface tension force,electromagnetic force,and gravity on liquid droplets during arc period of short-circuiting transferring.Furthermore,the influences of dynamic force equilibrium on the stability of short-circuiting transfer were discussed as well.The results show that force on droplet in axial direction becomes smaller and smaller as well as droplet deviating effects of droplets stronger and stronger with respect to increasing of droplet volume and elevation of arc roots on droplets.Meanwhile,continuously decreasing of welding current during arc period of short-circuiting transfer makes supporting of axial electromagnetic force even small.
