FeCo/Al2O3纳米粉体的化学合成与表征

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Fe2O3(CoO)/Al2O3纳米复合材料,在氢气气氛中还原得到FeCo/AlO3纳米复合材料.利用X射线衍射(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对还原产物的成分、结构和磁性进行了分析,研究了还原温度对于FeCo/Al2O3纳米复合材料的结构和磁性的影响.

Abstract:Fe2O3(CoO)/Al2O3 nanocomposites powders were prepared by sol-gel technique,then the as-prepared powders were reduced in H2 atmosphere to obtain FeCo/Al2O3 nanocermet powders.The component,structure and magnetic properties of the samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The influence of reduced temperature on the structure and magnetic properties of the samples was discussed.
