摘    要:通过对模拟内置混合式转子可控磁通永磁同步电机磁路工作机理静止磁路装置的试验,认知了两种永磁体磁化过程和磁化后工作点的变化规律,揭示了磁通可控原理.试验得到了静止磁路装置的各种磁滞回线永磁体磁化过程中,钕铁硼的磁化曲线仅穿过Ⅰ、Ⅱ象限,最后工作于Ⅱ象限;铝镍钴的磁化曲线会穿过4个象限,最后工作于Ⅱ或Ⅲ象限当铝镍钴工作于Ⅱ象限时,两种永磁体产生的磁通共同穿过气隙,气隙永磁磁场较强;当铝镍钴工作于Ⅲ象限时,钕铁硼产生的磁通部分穿过气隙、部分被铝镍钴在转子内部旁路,气隙永磁磁场较弱.弱磁可达3倍以上.

Magnetic Circuit Analysis of Interior Composite-Rotor Controllable-Flux Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine

Abstract:Through the experiments on the static magnetic circuit device that simulates the magnetic circuit working mechanism of the interior composite-rotor controllable-flux permanent magnet synchronous machine,the laws of action spot change of NbFeB and AlNiCo PMs in the process of magnetization and after magnetization were studied, and the principle of the permanent magnet controllable-flux was revealed. Various hysteresis loops of the static magnetic circuit device were obtained. In the process of magnetization,the magnetization curve of NbFeB only crosses the first and second quadrants and finally works in the second quadrant,yet the magnetization curve of AlNiCo crosses all the four quadrants and eventually works in the second or third quadrant. When the AlNiCo works in the second quadrant,the flux created by the two kinds of PMs passes through the air-gap together and the air-gap PM flux is intensified. When the AlNiCo works in the third quadrant,a portion of the PM flux created by NbFeB is bypassed in the rotor by AlNiCo and another portion passes through the air-gap,with the air-gap PM flux weakened. The field-weakening multiple can reach more than three times.
