| 摘 要： | 所谓“共谋”,就是在拍卖中 ,部分或者全部投标者之间互相协调自己的投标行动 ,以便在拍卖中获得比各自单独行动时更高的收益的行为 .一般而言 ,投标者共谋必将给拍卖的另一方——拍卖人造成利益损失 ,所以拍卖人会禁止 (比如使用法律手段 )投标者发生共谋 .但是 ,通过对一种新型在线拍卖形式——逢低买入的研究 ,我们发现在这种拍卖中 ,拍卖人应该鼓励投标者共谋 ,因为在这种拍卖形式下 ,共谋也将提高拍卖人的收益

| Abstract: | Bidders coordinate their behavior to increase their surplus by eliminating competition among each other,which is called collusion. In general, auctioneers will try to forbid the collusion because collusion may decrease the benefit of the auctioneers. But, auctioneers in a new style of online auction, group\|buying auction, should encourage the bidders to collude because the collusion will also potentially increase the auctioneers' benefit. |
