| 摘 要： | 女童教育是人权问题、人口问题、妇女问题、贫困问题在教育上的综合反映，一直是整个少数民族地区教育的难点。龙胜各族自治县地处桂东北山区，地广人稀，群众居住分散，学校布局分散，校点多、班额小、办学条件差，但自90年代以来该县在红瑶女童教育方面进行了有益的探索和实践，采取寄宿制等措施，有效地提高了女童教育的质量，促进了红瑶女童教育的发展，是整个少数民族地区教育的一个缩影，总结其办学规律，找到进一步搞好女童教育的对策，将为少数民族地区教育的发展开创新天地。

| Abstract: | The problem of girl education is always a rub in minority inhabited area.It is a comprehensive reflection of the problems of human rights,population,women and poverty.Autonomous counties in Longsheng,located in moun- tainous area of northeast of Guangxi,it's sparsely inhabited,with the masses and schools dispersed.Schools are scattered in various places,often with small size of classes and poor conditions.However,since boarding system was implemented in 1990s,girl education quality of Hong Yao has been greatly enhanced,hence facilitate the development girl education there and is regarded as a epitome of education for national minorities,The essay regarded it will break new ground in ed- ucation for national minorities to sum up the laws in school system and find further measures for improving girl education. |
