超声波振动切削时振动刀具对工件的冲击作用

摘    要:通过实验,明确了影响振动切削效果的主要因素,认清了超声振动切削对切削过程所起的作用。推导出振动刀具与回转工件在接触瞬间产生碰撞的功能损失公式,并对该能量在切削过程中所起的作用及获得最佳效果所需要的条件进行了研究。

Abstract:By running the experiment, the main factor has been revealed which influences the effect of ultrasonic vibrating cutting; The effects of the ultrasonic vibrating cutting process have been distinguished. The formula of energy loss as the result of the collision of the vibrating tool with the turning workpiece in the contacting instant has been derived. The effect of the energy lost in the cutting process and the conditions of the best cutting effect on it have qeen investigated.
