| 摘 要： | 高职院校积极推行工学结合人才培养模式，是新形势下高职教育改革的重要方向。在我国高等职业教育的研究和实践中，创造了订单培养、工学交替等许多工学结合的有效模式，但在具体实施过程中还存在着一定的问题。构建工学结合人才培养模式长效机制主要包括更新观念、模式选择、市场化运作和政府调控等四个方面的对策。

| Abstract: | Active promotion of work-study combination mode is an important direction of higher vocational education reform in the new situation.In higher vocational education exploration and practice,we created many effective models of work-study combination as orders,work-study alternative and so on,but in the actual implementation process there still exist some problems.This paper proposes Construction work-study combination mode with long-term mechanism,including idea reform,mode choice,market operation and government management. |
