| Abstract: | The aim of inspiring mechanism in enterprises is to direct employees' work motivation rightly, and make them realize their own value while achieving organization goal, promote their satisfaction degree, so as to keep and develop their enthusiasm and creativity. This paper probes into the problem how to make use of inspiring mechanism so as to offer guarantee for talent keeping and staff employment. |
