摘    要:企业实行激励机制的根本目的是正确地引导员工的工作动机,使他们在实现组织目标的同时实现自身的需要,增加其满意度,使他们的积极性和创造性继续保持和发扬下去。探讨了运用好激励机制为企业“留人”和“用人”提供重要保障。

Abstract:The aim of inspiring mechanism in enterprises is to direct employees' work motivation rightly, and make them realize their own value while achieving organization goal, promote their satisfaction degree, so as to keep and develop their enthusiasm and creativity. This paper probes into the problem how to make use of inspiring mechanism so as to offer guarantee for talent keeping and staff employment.
