摘    要:对近几年国内外锥形砂轮齿轮磨床上齿廓修形方法进行了研究,提出了“假想滚动圆”的设想,及以此设想为基础的齿廓修形新方法。文章还对用机床相对运动的变化实现“假想滚动圆”时修形参数与机床上相对运动参数之间的换算,以及实施参数换算的机电一体化技术作了扼要介绍。新方法经生产实践检验证实,大大提高了生产效率和加工质量的稳定性。经济效果也很显著。

Abstract:Profile correction method for gear grinding machining recently existing at home and abroad are investigated in this paper . An idea of "imagined rolling circle" and a new profile correction method based on it are presented . The convesion of profile correction parameters obtained by using this circle, which is realized by the relative movements the grinding machine, to the relative movement parameters in the grinding machine and the electro-mechanical united technique for realization of this conversion are also discussed briefly in this paper. It is proved in the practice that, using this new method, the production effectiveness, the quatity stability of the manufacturing, and the economic benefit are greatly improved.
