摘    要:物理量的测量常常伴有周期误差。特别是在用传感器对旋转体进行测量时,周期误差更是在所难免。本文介绍一种通过调整多探头的增益补偿周期误差的方法,推导出周期误差的数学模型,并据此提出的一种的误差补偿方法。指出要完全的补偿周期误差的单一频率分量,至少需要用三个探头。该方法通过仿真和实验后证实是行之有效的。该方法在角度传感器和位移传感器上都适用。

Abstract:Sensing of physical quantities is often accompanied by errors of periodic nature. Especially in the case of rotary type sensors, periodic errors are almost evitable. In this paper, we introduce a method to compensate the periodic errors by gain tuning in multi-probe sensors. A mathematical model of periodic error is derived and a new method to compensate the error is proposed. It is shown that at least three probes are needed to perfectly compensate one frequency component of the error. The method is applicable both to rotary and to linear types of sensors.
