公务员绩效考核模糊层次综合评价模型及实例

摘    要:引入模糊数学隶属度的概念,在综合运用文献查阅、职位说明书和专家咨询等方法的基础上,按照最大隶属度原则确定绩效考核指标,并运用层次分析法(AHP)确定考核指标的权重。将模糊数学的概念引入AHP中构成模糊AHP,建立了绩效考核模糊层次综合评价模型,用于公务员绩效考核,使定性问题定量化,从而提高公务员考核的科学性和可靠性。

Abstract:The concept of degree of membership in fuzzy mathematics is used in this paper.Based on integrating the document reference method, position synopsis reference method and expert advisory method,the indexes of official performance evaluation are determined according to the most degree of membership and the weighing of each index is fixed through the AHP.Also,the concept of fuzzy mathematics is introduced into AHP to form the fuzzy AHP.The evaluation of official performance is sued to render the qualified problem to become the quantified one,whereby improving the scientific characteristics and reliability of the official performance evaluation.
