| 摘 要： | 通过对智能小区综合管理的分析 ,得出建设智能小区中央集成管理系统对于提高智能小区管理效率和管理层次十分重要的结论 ,在此基础上提出了智能小区中央集成管理系统应建设的内容 ,结合已实施完成的工程 ,详细论述了中央集成管理系统的工程设计过程 ,在最后展望了智能小区中央集成管理系统的发展趋势
