摘    要:针对在高光谱偏振成像系统中,由于红外面阵探测器CCD像元响应的不均匀性引起像素误差,提出了一种适于AOTF的高光谱偏振红外焦平面非均匀性校正的方法。本文采用积分球进行辐射定标,分析输出辐照度和像元响应的关系,提出了曲线拟合方法,此方法加快了运算速度并使得输出非均匀性减小了90%以上。根据实验结果对粗糙度进行对比分析,场景的粗糙度降低了20%以上,得到在单色光和复色光下粗糙度一致,解决了在高光谱全偏振成像时CCD对其造成的影响,从而使得光谱精度更高。

Abstract:Because the non-uniformity of the CCD pixel response caused by the non-uniformity of the infrared pixel array detector in the hyper-spectral imaging system, a new calibration algorithm method of non-uniformity correction for high spectral polarized infrared focal plane array (AOTF) is proposed. In this paper, we use integral ball to calibrate radiancy, analyze the relationship between the output irradiance and the pixel response and propose the curve fitting method. This method improves the response speed and reduces the output non-uniformity by more than 90%. The comparative analysis of the roughness according to the experimental results, the scene roughness decreased more than 20%, the roughness of monochromatic and polychromatic light are same, it solves the influence of CCD to hyper-spectral imaging in full polarization, which makes the spectrum precision higher than before.
