高墩大跨连续刚构桥悬臂挂篮施工线形控制研究

摘    要:当前交通建设需求量逐渐增加,连续桥梁正在向更宽、更高的方向发展,而横截面的增加会导致桥梁表面出现变形,桥梁线形不顺,降低桥梁表面质量,令合龙几乎无法进行。为此,提出一种高墩大跨连续刚构桥悬臂挂篮施工线形控制方法,将正装计算法和倒装计算法结合在一起进行结构分析。给出成桥预拱度设置过程和立模标高的确定过程。选用一种可靠度很高的水准仪对挠度进行监测。将厦沙高速云龙谷大桥作为研究对象,对其悬臂挂篮施工进行线形控制,将3#墩和4#墩大里程方向顶板数据作为测试数据。得出以下结论:所提施工线行控制方法敏感参数取值和真实值相同,混凝土浇筑后标高、张拉后标高和设计值之差均在允许范围内,起拱度有所改变。

Abstract:The construction of the current traffic demand increases gradually, the continuous bridge is developing to a wider and higher direction, and increase the cross section of the bridge will lead to surface deformation, the alignment of the bridge is not smooth, reduce the bridge surface quality, the closure is almost impossible. To this end, the cantilever hanging basket construction linear control method of large span continuous rigid frame bridge with high piers of a proposed calculating method in structural analysis together with forward calculation method and flip. The process of determining the pre camber of the bridge and the determination of the vertical elevation are given. A high reliability level is used to monitor the deflection. The sand high speed Yunlong Valley Bridge as the research object, the cantilever hanging basket construction of linear control, the 3# and 4# pier pier roof mileage data as test data. The conclusions are as follows: the value of the sensitivity parameter of the construction line control method is the same as the real value, the difference between the elevation of the concrete pouring, the post tensioning elevation and the design value is within the allowable range, and the arch degree is changed.
