摘    要:利用测试技术对广东茂名油页岩分别进行~(13)C-NMR和TG-FTIR实验,并获得12个碳骨架结构参数,得到了焦、CO_2、CH_4及页岩油随温度变化的曲线规律,同时使用非线性最小二乘法求出动力学参数。通过构造基于燃料化学结构的FLASHCHAIN、FG-DVC及CPD模型,然后对油页岩样品在50℃/min加热速率的条件下,整合实验对油页岩的焦产量、页岩油及轻质气体含量进行模拟预测,最后对样品进行全面的误差分析。结果证实,以上3个模型的预测准确度均是一级精度,证明误差都在可控的范围内,但是在焦与焦油的预测过程中CPD模型预测要比其他两种模型更加准确,在轻质气体的预测中FLASHCHAIN模型精度最高。

Abstract:The 13C-NMR and TG-FTIR techniques were used sepertely to characterize the chemical structure of carbon The temperature curve of coke, CO2, CH4 and shale oil were analyzed comprehensively, and the kinetic parameters of the car-bon skeleton were obtained. The temperature curve of coke, CO2, CH4 and shale oil were analyzed comprehensively, and the kinetic parameters were obtained by nonlinear least squares method. The FLASHCHAIN, FG-DVC and CPD models based on fuel chemical structure were constructed, and the input parameters corresponding to each model were obtained respectively. Integrated the production of coke yield of oil shale, shale oil and light gas under the condition of heating rate of 50 ° C per minute in Gansu oil shale samples, and conducted a simulation forecast. At last, the posterior difference test method was used to analyze the prediction error of the dynamic model comprehensively. The results showed that the accuracy of the three models was one level of accuracy, and the error was within the controllable range. However, in the process of coke and tar prediction, the CPD model was more accurate than the other two models, and the accuracy of the FLASHCHAIN model was the highest in the prediction of light gas.
