粉煤灰混凝土碳化试验研究

摘    要:随着环境的恶化,空气中的CO_2浓度越来越高,混凝土碳化现象越来越严重,导致混凝土耐久性不断下降,造成巨大的经济损失。通过快速碳化试验,研究了水胶比、水泥用量和粉煤灰掺量这三个指标对粉煤灰混凝土碳化深度的影响,并采用灰关联法分析了三个因素对碳化深度的影响程度。结果表明:随着水胶比和粉煤灰掺量的增大,碳化深度增大;一般情况下,水泥用量越多,碳化深度越小;在混凝土碳化过程中,粉煤灰掺量对碳化深度的影响最大。

Abstract:With the deterioration of the environment, the concentration of CO2 is getting higher and higher, the concrete carbonation is becoming more and more serious, and the durability of concrete is declining, resulting in huge economic losses. In this paper, by rapid carbonation test, the effects of water binder ratio, cement content and fly ash content on the fly ash concrete carbonation depth were studied, and by grey correlation method, the influence degree of three factors on carbonation depth was analyzed. The results show that the carbonation depth increases with the increase of water binder ratio and fly ash content. In general, the more cement dosage, the smaller the carbonation depth. And the effect of fly ash content on carbonation depth is the greatest in the process of concrete carbonation.
