高性能铍青铜材料用于压铸冲头的技术原理研究

摘    要:本文根据冷室式压铸机整体压射室的特殊工况L,突出铍青铜材料的特殊性能,并对其成分和生产工艺等技术原理进行专项研究。通过专门研究其配方和工艺所生产的铍青铜压铸冲头其性能为:抗拉强度:70k/mm^2-80kg/mm^2、维氏硬度Hv(30kg):21kg/mm^2-24kg/mm^2、导电率≥50%、高温软化温度ST:550℃、延伸率8≥12%(Be:〉0.5%)。其使用效果达到进口同类产品水平。

Abstract:This article according to the special operating mode of cold chamber the die-casting machine overall injection chamber. The technical principles of the ingredient and production craft conducting the special research gets the prominent beryllium bronze material special performance, Through studding beryllium bronze compression casting plunger its performance which its formula and the craft produce is specially : Tensile strength : 700 MPa - 800 MPa, vickers hardness Hv ( 30 kg) :210 -240, conductivity ≥50%, high temperature softening point S.T.: 550℃, elongation ratio delta ≥ 12%. (Be 〉 0.5% ). Its use effect achieves the import similar product level.
