摘    要:采用添加不同含量TiC晶须、不同制备工艺方法,研究了TiC晶须对YG10F硬质合金材料硬度和韧性的影响。结果表明:添加TiC晶须可以提高试验材料的显微硬度;采用适当的制备工艺、添加适量的TiC晶须,可以十分显著地提高试验材料的韧性。

Abstract:By adding TiC whiskers using different content and different preparation methods, Study on the effects of TiC whiskers on the hardness and toughness of YG10F cemented carbide. The results showed that the TiC whiskers doped to improve the microhardness of materials ; and appropriate preparation, a small amount of TiC whiskers, could very significantly improve the toughness of the experimental materials.
