| 摘 要： | 麻黄附子细辛汤为《伤寒论》中治疗少阴病要方。方中麻黄发越阳气,附子温补通运阳气,细辛配合附子通达阳气,全方融温补阳气、通达阳气、发越阳气,包括阳气产生、运送、敷布全过程的"全阳之剂"。主治证候为阴寒内盛、阳气虚衰,布达不畅。临床可根据具体情况调整用量和药物比例

| Abstract: | Mahuang Fuzi Xixing Tang was first seen in Shanhan Lun which was used as the primary formula to treat the Shao Yin disease.In this formula,Mahuang has the function to raise the Yang Qi,Fuzi tonify the Yang Qi,Xixing coorperate with Fuzi,which can help Fuzi to dredge the Yang.The formula is named Full Yang formula.The indication of Mahuang Fuzi Xixing Tang is magnificent of Yin-Cold,deficient and weak Yang Qi as well as stagnation.In the clinical practice,the dosage and the portion is regulative. |
