The value and significance of primitive singing are analyzed.It is considered that,as a new singing technique,primitive singing is being accepted by the masses.Its contemporary meaning is not merely the society reflecting and commercial value that it brings;the more important thing is it has assaulted traditional music education and appreciation method of music,and it plays very important impetus in protecting the cultural heritage of non-material and carrying forward the national culture and arts.The concrete measures,which protect the primitive singing technique,are proposed.
