| 摘 要： | 从风险投资对高技术产业创新的“资金增值服务论”、“创新动力论”、“知识扩散论”等作用机制出发,用线性回归的方法探讨风险投资对高技术产业创新的影响,结果显示风险投资对高技术产业技术创新有正影响,但作用不明显.具体来看主要是中国风险投资发展不够完善,国家应加大政策支持力度,建立专业人才培养机制,构建有效的退出机制以及加强对研发成果转化活动的支持力度.

| Abstract: | The article discusses the impact of risk investment on high technology industry innovation by using linear regression. The results show that China＇ s risk investment has a positive effect on high technology industry technology innovation, but not obvious. The main reason is the imperfection of China＇ s risk investment. Some countermeasures are put forward on the development of risk investment. |
