在通讯技术裂变式的发展下,手机媒体对于新生代农民工而言,已经远远超过了作为一种简单的通讯工具的意义.“流动”作为新生代农民工生活的现实写照,决定了他们对手机这一移动媒体的选择与依赖.一方面利用对手机的消费试图建立起自己的都市新身份,另一方面由手机重新建构的“流动空间”里,暂时改写了他们初来都市新空间的颠沛流离感,在跨越时空的流动空间里,渐成“空间人”的他们沉浸在自己臆想的空间里,享受着“移动无处不在”的“真诚沟通”.

With the development of communication technology, mobile phone is more than a simple communicate tool for the new generation of migrant workers. The mobile life of migrant workers decides their choices and reliance on mobile phones. They try to establish their own metropolitan identities by using mobile phones. However, they have unconsciously become the ＂space man＂ in the ＂mobile space＂. They transform the feeling of fear, bewilder and lonely to the dependence on the ＂mobile space＂, and then to the dependence on the mobile phone media.
