| 摘 要： | 针对当前高校学风建设过程中对主体价值及功能关注重视不够的现实困境,结合新建本科高校自身实际,从刚性的规章制度与柔性化的心理契约两个向度出发,通过分析学风建设中三个实践主体的应然与实然关系,同时围绕学风建设总体目标规划,可分段构建起一个三维框架的学风建设体系.

| Abstract: | We should analyze the relationship between ideal and reality of three subjects in the study atmosphere construction from two dimensions, rigid rules and regulations, and gentle and flexible psychological contract, and advance the 3 -Dimensional framework of the study atmosphere construction system according to the overall goal plan in newly - established colleges and universities step by step. |
