| 摘 要： | 高校后勤管理工作的重要性主要体现在三个方面：基础地位、窗口作用和服务功能.然而,目前高校的后勤管理还存在一些问题,如管理队伍素质偏低、社会化管理体制不完善等.应提高后勤管理工作的五个意识,并进行高校后勤管理机制的创新,从而提高后勤工作的整体服务水平.

| Abstract: | The importance of logistics management in university is represented in three aspects ： basic position, window effect and service function. However, there are many problems existing in current logistics management in universities, including relatively low quality of the management team, imperfect social management system and unclear property right relation between the logistics management entity and the university. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the logistics management mechanism so as to improve the overall service level. |
