| 摘 要： | 城市社区建设与治理需要政府的力量。社区治理行政化有其必然性,但我国当前社区建设表现出泛行政化倾向,制约了社区建设和治理的进展。我们应正确选择摆脱城市社区治理泛行政化困境的路径,使社区治理回归其民主自治性质。

| Abstract: | City community construction and governance should depend on the power form government.Community governance administration also has the necessity.However,excessive administration generates in current community construction and restricts the progress of community construction and governance.Methods should be exactly chosen to get rid of predicament of excessive administration on community governance and make democratic autonomy nature revert to community construction. |
