| 摘 要： | 水电工程和其它建设工程比较而言，具有施工周期长、技术复杂、工程造价高、受自然和社会条件影响大等特点。因此，水电工程在施工过程中不可避免地存在着大量的影响其造价的风险性因素。本文分析了考虑风险因素时，水电工程造价的变化情况，说明了在水电工程造价构成内容中，考虑风险性因素影响的必要性，给出了对预测造价的调整值。并从理论上说明了风险因素大小对水电工程造价的影响程度，验证了一般的常规判断。

| Abstract: | There exist many factors of affecting the cost of hydropower project its constraction process.The changes of a of dydropower project cost when considering the risk factors are analyzed.And the necessity of considering affects of risk factors on components of the hydropower project cost,is expounded.The adjustments to the predicting cost are given.The effecting extent of risk factors is illustrated theoretically.Finally,the normal judgement is rerified too. |
