摘    要:电子鼻是一种新颖的模拟人的嗅觉来分析、识别和检测复杂嗅味和挥发性成分的仪器 通过人的鼻子和电子鼻的类比 ,详细介绍了电子鼻的基本原理和组成 通过对电子鼻与气相色谱法的比较 ,了解电子鼻的应用领域 综述了国内外的研究现状及其发展趋势 ,对其市场前景进行了展望

Abstract:The electronic nose is a novel apparatus ,which simulates human olfaction to analyze, recognize and examine complex gas and volatility. Through an analogy between the human and the electronic olfactory systems, the fundamental principle and composition of the electronic nose are well introduced. A comparison with the gas chromatography reveals the electronic nose application field. The status quo and the development direction in this field are summarized and its market value is also forecast here.
