| 摘 要： | 中国马拉松项目在第八届全运会马拉松比赛中表现出了较高的水平，男子首次突破２：１０：００大关，进入世界水平，女子表现出很强的实力．调研报告分析了第五届到第八届全运会马拉松赛５ｋｍ、１ｋｍ平均速度，获得了段落速度的提高是马拉松水平提高的关键因素的理论，并且得出了在今年第十三届亚运会上我国运动员一定能在这个项目上为国争光等结论

| Abstract: | The Marathon of China shows relatively high level in the 8th National Games of PRC. For the first time men overcome the great difficulty of 2:10:00, thus stepping into the world's ranks. Women also demonstrate their great capabilities. The report of investigation and research which analyzes the average speed of the 5 km and 1 km Marathon from the 5th and 8th National Games, and gains the improvement of the phasic speed, is the theory on the key factors influencing the improvement of the level of Marathon. The report also gets the conclusion that in the 13th Asian Games of this year our athletes are sure to do credit to our country. |
