摘    要:提出了一种结构简单的全新单密勒电容补偿技术。理论分析表明,该技术无需运放的跨导逐级增加就能获得良好的稳定特性,而且单位增益带宽大、补偿电容小。特别是每增加一级放大电路,就会增加一个左半平面零点,从而有效抵消新增加极点对运放稳定性的影响,因此该补偿技术很容易拓展到N(N>3)级联放大结构,这一特性有利于运放在实际中的运用。

Abstract:A novel proposed single Miller compensation structure is presented.Theoretical analysis shows that it is easy to gain stability without satisfying the enhancement of the transconductors stage by stage.Moreover,gain-bandwidth is wide enough,and compensation capacitance is small.Especially,when added one amplify circuit,it will appear another LHP zero to counteract the new added pole.Therefore It is facile to expand to N-stage(N>3) amplify circuit,and could be widely applied in practice.
