摘    要:利用Nadezhda-2强流脉冲电子束(HCPEB)装置分别在1J/cm^2和4J/cm^2能量密度下对单晶铝进行了辐照处理.1J/cm^2能量密度下,表面处于未熔化状态,表面形成互相平行的带有中脊线的挛晶结构;而4J/cm^2能量密度辐照下,在表面熔化的同时则没有变形条带出现.透射电镜分析表明,1J/cm^2能量密度HCPEB辐照能够在单晶铝表层诱发孔洞甚至堆垛层错四面体这种通常在高层错能金属中不能形成的空位簇缺陷,并且很少观察到位错的出现,也观察不到位错滑移的痕迹;4J/cm^2能量密度辐照单晶铝表层则是位错滑移引起的位错缠结结构为主.

Abstract:In order to investigate high-speed deformation mechanism of pure aluminum,we have irradiated the specimens of single-crystals aluminum by using a Nadezhda-2 HCPEB device with 1 J/cm2 and 4 J/cm2 energy density,respectively.For 1 J/cm2 energy density and five pulses,it was found that the twin lamellae feature,which were regularly parallel with a median ridge in it,present on the irradiated surface,and no melting evidence was associated to the twins formation.In the case of 4 J/cm2 energy density,the surface ...
