| 摘 要： | 教师素质的高低直接影响学生的素质教育实施,音乐教师的个人素质直接影响素质教育的成效。现代的美育思想和课程改革,对音乐教师提出了全新的要求:他们必须是掌握音乐教育教学基本理论、基本技能,具有创新精神和实践能力,具有一定教育科研基础的新型人才。为此,特对在新形势下音乐教师应具备的个人素养进行分析和总结,以便为现代新型音乐教师的素质结构提供可资借鉴的依据。

| Abstract: | The quality of teachers affects the execution of quality education directly.As a main force of the education,music teachers play an important role in it.The personal quality of the music teachers influences the effect of the quality education directly.The author gives an analysis and summary on the personal attainments music teachers should achieve under the new situation and presents a referable inquiry into the quality structure modern music teachers ought to possess. |
