| 摘 要： | 通过对镍基涂层的机加工性能分析，选择合理的切削用量和刀具几何角度，经实验验证表明使用国产硬质合金刀片ＹＤ０５可以加工镍基涂层，并达到以车代磨的效果．

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of mechanical processing characteristics of nickel base coating, reasonable selection of cutting regime and geometries of the cutter, and experimental varication, it is shown that the nickel base coating can be processed mechanically by using domestically made hard alloy cutter, YD05, and the processing effect of grinding can be substituted by the turning on lathe. |
